IQAir^® Cleanroom Series - airborne microorganisms and particles control

The IQAir^® Cleanroom series are highly-efficient, well designed, ergonomic, versatile and user-friendly air purifying systems that are specifically designed for environments that require strict microbiological airborne and particulate infection control.

Such environments may include:

• Hospital/surgery rooms
• Laboratories
• Clean rooms

The most important and distinctive feature of an IQAir^® Cleanroom model is its unique and proprietary HYPER-HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filter that guarantees the removal of 0.3 mm particles and greater with an efficiency of 99.97%.
Depending on the model, the contaminated air is sucked from the bottom of the system and forced through at least two steps of filtration before being delivered contaminant-free at the top.

Although the Cleanroom series have been designed for the control of airborne microorganisms and particles, they can also be equipped with carbon media filter for the reduction of gases and odors that might be present in the air.

For more rigorous gas and odor control, however, the GC and GCX series are instead recommended.
